At the beginning of our journey, we offer a free pre-interview session to understand your unique needs and answer any questions you may have about mindfulness coaching. Based on this session, we’ll recommend a personalized number of sessions for you, and you can book each session individually without any obligation to continue beyond that.
Individuals who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate in mindfulness coaching sessions who seek to achieve personal or professional goals, enhance their well-being, increase their satisfaction with life,improve their performance or navigate through life transitions. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, and it is not meant to address psychological or clinical issues. Instead, coaching is a collaborative and results-oriented process that is based on the client’s agenda and goals.
Yes, I offer mindfulness coaching that is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and as an ICF certified coach, I adhere to their professional and ethical standards. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for professional coaching. ICF sets the gold standard for professional coaching by establishing rigorous ethical and professional standards and providing accreditation for coach training programs. This ensures that clients who work with an ICF credentialed coach can have confidence in the quality of coaching services they receive. The ICF also provides a Code of Ethics and Professional Standards that coaches must adhere to, which helps to protect clients and uphold the integrity of the coaching profession.
The mindfulness coaching sessions do not involve specific training on mindfulness, but rather integrate cognitive coaching techniques with mindfulness tools and meditative practices within a professional coaching relationship.Our coaching method aims to balance both the “doing” and “being” modes.
That being said, clients are encouraged to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives and we offer support during coaching sessions. If you are interested in learning more about mindfulness and meditation practices, we recommend our Mindfulness and Compassion Program.

For those in Vienna who prefer face-to-face coaching, sessions take place in my office located in the first district. For those who are not in Vienna or prefer online sessions, we can connect via Zoom. We can also combine both formats according to your preference. You can select your preferred session format when booking, and both options will be available.
The sessions are around one hour long, and I would suggest allocating an additional 15 minutes for personal reflection afterward. It’s important not to rush and to allow for adequate time to fully benefit from the session.
In our complimentary pre-interview session, we will discuss the coaching process, your goals, and the expected duration of our journey. We will also provide you with information on the fees . However, please note that our fees may vary over time and we do not publicly disclose them on social media. Payment is required at the time of booking and is based on a per-session fee.
The cancellation policy for Mindfulness Coaching Sessions is that you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.If a refund is requested, please be aware that an administrative charge of up to 10% will be applied. Please note that this administrative charge is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the full fee will be charged. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so I am always willing to discuss any special situations or emergencies.
