8-week programs

Scientific studies consistently demonstrate the positive impact of 8-week mindfulness and compassion programs on workplace performance. These programs have been shown to yield significant improvements in employee focus, job satisfaction, and decision-making skills, while also reducing stress levels and fostering increased emotional intelligence. Moreover, team collaboration is enhanced as a result of these programs. These benefits directly contribute to better employee engagement and overall business performance. To ensure optimal outcomes, our programs are specifically designed to be conducted over 8 weeks, with each module consisting of 2 to 3 hours of dedicated learning and practice. Participants are encouraged to integrate mindfulness practices into their daily routines throughout the week, allowing for active engagement and reflection. Whether you prefer a shorter duration or a modified structure, we can tailor our program accordingly. For instance, if you require a condensed version, we can adapt the program to a 4-week program or we can design it as a 1-day or 2-day workshop or a bite-size module of 2 hours. During the program design process, we will work closely with you to determine the most relevant topics to cover based on your specific business challenges and objectives. This customization ensures that the program addresses your organization’s unique requirements, making it more impactful and relevant for your teams.

Program delivery options

For clients located in Vienna, Austria, we offer the option of conducting the program either in-person or via Zoom, depending on your preferences and current circumstances. For clients based in other countries or cities, we provide the program exclusively through Zoom, ensuring accessibility and convenience regardless of geographical location. Our online program delivery maintains the same level of interactivity, engagement, and effectiveness as the in-person sessions.
